How do I reserve a puppy?
When a deposit is paid, the puppy you choose is officially "off the market". We accept deposits through venmo, paypal, or cash if visiting. Fill out a Puppy Application with all of you information. Please read the health guarantee paperwork to see details about the non-refundable deposit and the "1 transfer" allowed. Contract should be signed and emailed to themillers72713@gmail.com at the time the deposit is paid.
When can I take my puppy home?
Puppies need to stay on site with their moms until at least 8 weeks of age. Puppies can be picked up the day they turn 8 weeks or delivery can be set up as soon 8 weeks is reached. Extra charges may apply if a puppy needs to stay an extended period of time after purchase because of vacations, moving, etc.Â
Do you deliver out of state?
Yes, we do! We work with a couple different trusted transportation companies in our area that take great care of our pups while they are transporting them to their forever homes. We set up all aspects of delivery, and 90% of the time your pup can be delivered right to your door! Transportation costs are included in the GOLD plan, but is an extra charge if BRONZE plan is chosen.
Do you FaceTime?
We love to FaceTime families that are either too far to pick up their puppy or families who just want an update on how their pup is doing before their "go home date". It's a great way to see different pups if you are still deciding between a couple too!
Are your puppies trained before coming home?
From about 4-8 weeks of age, we work with puppies on litter training. We use pellets that mimic the smell of the outside ground to help the house training process go smoothly. We take great pride in feedback we've received on how easily our pups potty train and how infrequent accidents are!
What if we have questions after we go home?
I am always here if you have any questions, whether that be before you put a deposit down, before you pick up your puppy, or months after you go home! I give my cell to all families and really want you to feel comfortable with this big decision! I love to help out with any questions, however I can. Check out our "Forms" page for resources about going home info, the type of food we use, etc.
