Child Safety Standards & CSAM Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy KIVO has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
1. Prohibited Content The following activities and content are strictly forbidden on the KIVO platform:
Any visual depiction of sexual acts involving minors.
Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes (grooming).
Sexualization of fictional characters resembling minors.
Sharing or requesting private identifiable information from minors.
2. Reporting Mechanisms We provide robust tools for users to report violations directly within the app:
In-App Reporting: Users can tap the "Report" button (located in the options menu on videos and profiles) to flag content immediately for review.
Direct Contact: Users can report safety concerns directly to our dedicated Safety Team via email at: plusads21+kivo@gmail.com
3. Enforcement & Cooperation with Authorities Upon detecting or receiving a report of CSAM or child exploitation:
The content will be removed immediately from our servers.
The offending user account will be permanently banned.
We will preserve relevant data and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
