2.5 All builds are freely available for use and distribution by the user. They may be copied to other realms, servers, or worlds without the need for the Build Bot. Users are not required to credit 'Kitty Shizz' or include the name in any form when using or distributing the builds, as they are provided freely."

3. User Content

3.1 You are solely responsible for any content you use, or spawn through Kittys Build Bot.

3.2 By using the Bot, you grant Kitty Shizz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute any content you create through the Bot for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Kittys Build Bot.

3.3 You agree not to use or manipulate Kittys Build Bot for any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Privacy

4.1 Kitty Shizz may collect and use you personal realm code information during only the use of the build bot in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

Kitty Shizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KITTY SHIZZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KITTY SHIZZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF Kittys Build Bot.
