We’re bringing the community and school systems into one room before the school year begins. Join educators, school leaders, students, parents, and community partners for a one-day forum focused on the current state of education in Kitsap County.
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, this experience will break down what’s changing in education, what it means for families and educators, and how we move forward—together.

Donation and proceeds from the Kitsap Back-to-School Community Education Forum support the Foundation for Homeless and Poverty Management’s Homeless Youth and Family Support Program.
Originally established during the COVID-19 pandemic, this work provided students and families experiencing homelessness with food, internet access, homework space, community resources, and a safe place to spend time. The Foundation continued assisting children living in vehicles, encampments, temporary housing, and other unstable situations until construction temporarily limited access to the Rejuvenation Community Day Center.
Your contribution will help restore and expand these services by providing school supplies, food packages, educational support, safe spaces, and connections to additional resources for McKinney-Vento students and their families.
