KissAlarm builds technologies and services that enable people to choose a recorded video or a voice note accompanied by thier partner's photo to wake them up . These Terms govern your use of KissAlarm and the other products, features, apps, services, technologies and software that we offer.

We don't charge you to use KissAlarm or the other products and services covered by these Terms. Instead, businesses and organizations pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our Service, you agree that we can show you ads that we think will be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to help determine which ads to show you.

We don't sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don't share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers.

By signing up for the KissAlarm service (“Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall be also subject to the Terms of Service. The service we provide

Our mission is to give people the power to start thier day in a good way, as nothing will make your day like waking up by your beloved one. Say goodbey to your annoying alarm, why choosing a ringtone while you can wake up every day by the most thing you adore, your lover's voice. .

Terms of use

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You don't need to create an account to use our Service.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

General Conditions

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before you may become a user of KissAlarm.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
• KissAlarm does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• KissAlarm does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
• You expressly understand and agree that KissAlarm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
• Technical support is only provided via email or our social networks.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by KissAlarm .
• Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any KissAlarm employee, member, or officer is not welcomed.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. All material you upload remains yours. You can uninstall the Serviceat any time. This will also remove all content you have stored on the Service.
• The failure of KissAlarm to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and KissAlarm and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and KissAlarm (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
• You retain ownership over all content that you submit to a KissAlarm.
• Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to company's email or social networks.

Termination

• If your use of the Service is considered excessive (i.e. your bandwidth usage, data storage, or data input via email), your account's access may be limited or your account terminated, at KissAlarm's sole discretion.
• Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

Cancellation

• You may cancel the Service at anytime by uninstalling the app.
• Once you cancel the Service all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.

Modifications to the Service

• KissAlarm reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• KissAlarm shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
