Privacy Policy

KisMe ("we" or "us") has developed this policy to let you understand what information we collect from you and how we use and disclose it. We collect your information to provide corresponding services and improve user experience.

What types of information do we collect?

When we provide KisMe services, we need certain types of information to provide you with the services.

Registration Information and Personal Data. KisMe allows users to register and create accounts in the product using their mobile phone number or third-party platform account. When you create an account, we may collect the personal information you provide to KisMe, such as your gender, birthday, user ID, password, email or phone number, etc.

User-generated content (“UGC”), such as comments, text, messages or other data or materials that you upload, distribute or stream on the Application while using the KisMe Services;

Information you provide from a Media when you create a KisMe account by connecting to a Third Party Media (such as Google) or linking your KisMe account with a third party social media account;

When you use the Products, we may collect information about your mobile device, such as the operating system, language and Android ID, IP location and log files when you use our Products.

When you use KisMe, we will request your mobile phone status permission to ensure the arrival rate of push notifications and avoid repeated pushes. We promise not to disclose any of your personal information.

Log information (log). When you use the product, the KisMe server automatically records the activities you create and related information. This log information may include: links you click on our products, videos/streams you watch, the date and time you spend on web pages, product features and other statistics, and small text file information.

Information you submit. Information you submit for communication with us, such as your email address and other information you provide when you provide us with comments about our Apps and Services using our feedback channels.

Data from others. Others may sync their past contacts with our services. When others import or synchronize their contacts with our Services, we receive personal data about you (including contact information).

Your IP address and location information. When you use products to provide more specific functions or services, we may collect your IP address or GPS (Global Positioning System) information.

When you access the KisMe Services through a third-party media network or connect the KisMe Services to a social media network, you authorize KisMe to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy

Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device brand, model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings;

What is the information we collect used for?

We use your data to authorize access to our services and respect your settings. We will only use your information under the following circumstances to provide you with better services:

To assist in the development of our Services - We may use such collected information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our Services.

Show you the KisMe Services and their content, including any interactive features on the KisMe Services, and provide you with the information, products or services you allow us to provide

Communicate and interact with you directly, for example, we may send notifications about upcoming changes to KisMe services;

Possibility of exposing your information

We will not disclose your information to any other third party that is not controlled by or under common control with KisMe. We also will not sell any of your information to any third party.

Data Security

We take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees may access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. However, please note that we cannot completely eliminate the security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information at all times.

User selection

You can request to opt-out of us sending you push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.

If you don't want certain information shared, you can turn off your GPS location, microphone, camera, or other similar features on your mobile device. You can also hide your location and more by adjusting your privacy settings.

You can choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the KisMe Services, as you may need such information to register as a user, use certain features, or make a complaint.

You can change your information, including access your information, correct or update your information, or delete your information, by editing your profile within the Application.

User rights

Right of Access - You may submit a request for access to the personal information we have collected about you by emailing us at KisMeUser@outlook.com with your request.

Right to Correction - You may make corrections to the personal information we have collected about you by using the feedback and suggestion features on the KisMe Services or by emailing KisMeUser@outlook.com.

Right to Deletion - You may submit a request to delete the personal information we have collected about you by using the Feedback and Suggestions feature on the KisMe Service or by emailing KisMeUser@outlook.com.
