October 31st- 2nd batch of applications due
November 1st - First batch of applications will be approved, approval letters sent out
November 15th - Participant confirmation needed in writing. The deposit guarantees seat.
December 1st - All deposits due - waiting list opens.Â
December 15th - Final payments due. Notarized Registration form and Health Form due.
