  About me

Hi! I am Kiseok Yeon (he/him). I am a Krener Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Davis. My mentors are Elena Fuchs and Junxian Li. Prior to this, I obtained my Ph.D degree at Purdue University under the supervision of Trevor Wooley. 

I will be on the  job market and looking for academic positions starting from fall 2027!

My current research interest is  Analytic number theory, additive number theory, arithmetic statistics and harmonic analysis- especially, analytic methods in connection with solubility of Diophantine equations and inequalities: the Hardy-Littlewood method; theory of exponential sums; arithmetic harmonic analysis; the geometry of numbers.
