When publishing work using these voicebanks, you are required to state the name of the voicebank.

You are required to state the name of the voicebank's author.

When attributing the name or author of the voicebanks, you must write the names exactly as written in the character file. You cannot call the voicebanks by any other names, nor can you attribute the voicebanks to any other author.

Usage Content

Seek author permission to create sexual content.

You are free to create violent content.

Do not create political content.

You are free to create religious content.

The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited:

- Criminal or illegal content

- Explicit underage sexual content

- Bigotry and hateful content

Commercial Use

You are free to use all completed voicebanks commercially. However, beta voicebanks may NOT be used commercially. 

Editing

You cannot edit the voicebanks' audio files.

You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files.

You are free to port the voicebanks to singing synthesizers other than UTAU.

The source audio of the voicebanks can only be used in permitted singing synthesizers. You cannot use it in any other way, such as for music production or video production.

Redistribution

Before the voicebanks are discontinued, you cannot redistribute it.

After the voicebanks are discontinued, you may only redistribute the voicebanks in their entirety, without any changes, with correct attribution of the voicebanks' names and author.

You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with the voicebanks.
