1. WAS DIE APP IST — UND WAS NICHT

MFA Prüfung: Abschluss 2027 ist ein Vorbereitungshilfsmittel für die Abschlussprüfung Medizinische Fachangestellte.

Sie ist kein offizielles Produkt einer IHK, einer Kammer oder einer Behörde, steht in

keiner Verbindung zu einer prüfenden Stelle und ist keine Rechtsberatung. Die Inhalte

stützen sich auf die jeweils genannten Rechtsquellen (MedFAngAusbV, BioStoffV, TRBA 250, ArbSchG, MuSchG, BUrlG, DSGVO, SGB V, BBiG, ArbZG, BDSG, StGB, IfSG, BGB, AGG, GOÄ, EBM); maßgeblich ist immer

deren geltende Fassung sowie die Prüfungsordnung der zuständigen Stelle. Ein bestandener

Übungsdurchlauf in dieser App sagt nichts darüber aus, ob Sie die amtliche Prüfung

bestehen.

Prüfen Sie den Rechtsstand vor der Prüfung selbst.

2. NUTZUNGSRECHT

Sie erhalten ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App auf Ihren Geräten zu

nutzen. Zurückentwickeln, Dekompilieren oder Weiterverbreiten der Inhalte ist nicht

gestattet, soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes zwingend erlaubt.

3. IHRE DATEN GEHÖREN IHNEN

Wir beanspruchen keinerlei Rechte an Ihrem Lernfortschritt. Weil alles ausschließlich auf

Ihrem Gerät liegt, gilt allerdings auch: wir können nichts wiederherstellen. Geht das

Gerät verloren oder wird die App gelöscht, ist der Lernfortschritt endgültig weg.

4. KOSTENLOSE INHALTE UND VOLLZUGRIFF

Dauerhaft kostenlos und ohne Kauf nutzbar sind die Theorie der ersten 8 von

16 Kapiteln sowie das Fragentraining der ersten 4 Kapitel. Die Prüfungssimulationen gehören nicht zum kostenlosen Umfang.

Der Vollzugriff ist ein einmaliger Kauf, kein Abonnement: es gibt nichts zu verlängern

und nichts zu kündigen. Zahlung, Rechnung und Erstattung wickelt ausschließlich der Store

ab, über den Sie gekauft haben — Apple oder Google. Erstattungen richten sich nach deren

Bedingungen.

Ein Kauf kann auf einem neuen Gerät über „Käufe wiederherstellen" mit demselben

Store-Konto zurückgeholt werden.

5. AKTUALISIERUNGEN

Wir aktualisieren Inhalte und App. Eine Version, die ein Risiko für Ihre Daten oder für die

inhaltliche Richtigkeit darstellt, kann beim Start gesperrt werden, bis Sie aktualisieren.

Ihr Lernfortschritt wird von einer Inhaltsaktualisierung nie überschrieben.

6. GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir sichern nicht zu, dass die Inhalte

vollständig, fehlerfrei oder auf dem aktuellen Rechtsstand sind. Gesetzlich zwingende

Rechte, insbesondere bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben,

Körper oder Gesundheit, bleiben unberührt.

7. HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNG

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ist unsere Haftung auf den Betrag begrenzt, den Sie für die App

gezahlt haben. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

8. BEENDIGUNG

Sie beenden die Nutzung jederzeit durch Deinstallation. Wir können die Nutzung bei

erheblichem Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen beenden.

9. ANWENDBARES RECHT

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Als Verbraucher behalten Sie den zwingenden Schutz des Rechts

Ihres Aufenthaltsstaates.

10. ÄNDERUNGEN

Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen. Wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir in der App an.

MFA Prüfung: Abschluss 2027 is a preparation aid for the Abschlussprüfung Medizinische Fachangestellte.

It is not an official product of any IHK, chamber or public authority, has no

connection to any examining body, and is not legal advice. Its content rests on the

sources it names (MedFAngAusbV, BioStoffV, TRBA 250, ArbSchG, MuSchG, BUrlG, DSGVO, SGB V, BBiG, ArbZG, BDSG, StGB, IfSG, BGB, AGG, GOÄ, EBM); what governs is always their version currently in force

together with the examination rules of the responsible body. Passing a practice run in

this app tells you nothing about whether you will pass the official exam.

Check the legal position yourself before the exam.

2. LICENCE

You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your devices. Reverse

engineering, decompiling or redistributing the content is not permitted, except where law

mandates otherwise.

3. YOUR DATA IS YOURS

We claim no rights over your study progress. But because it all lives solely on your

device, it also follows that we cannot recover anything. If the device is lost or the

app deleted, the progress is gone for good.

4. FREE CONTENT AND FULL ACCESS

Permanently free, with no purchase: the theory of the first 8 of 16

chapters and the question practice of the first 4 chapters. The exam simulations are not part of the free tier.

Full access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and

nothing to cancel. Payment, invoicing and refunds are handled entirely by the store you

bought through — Apple or Google — and refunds follow their terms.

A purchase can be brought back on a new device with "Restore purchases" using the same

store account.

5. UPDATES

We update both content and app. A version that poses a risk to your data or to factual

accuracy may be blocked at launch until you update. Your study progress is never

overwritten by a content update.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free or

current in law. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular for intent, gross

negligence, and injury to life, body or health — are unaffected.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the

app. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. TERMINATION

You end your use at any time by uninstalling. We may end it in the event of a serious

breach of these terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

German law applies. As a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your

country of residence.

10. CHANGES

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
