KURZFASSUNG
• Kein Konto, keine Registrierung, keine Anmeldung.
• Ihr gesamter Lernfortschritt — beantwortete Fragen, Prüfungsergebnisse, Markierungen,
Wiederholungen — bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät. Wir haben keine Kopie davon.
• Wir betreiben keinen Server, auf dem Ihre Lerndaten liegen.
• Anonyme Nutzungsstatistik können Sie in den Einstellungen abschalten.
• Werbung gibt es nicht, und wir verkaufen keine Daten.
WAS AUF DEM GERÄT BLEIBT
Folgendes wird ausschließlich lokal gespeichert und niemals an uns übertragen:
• Ihre Antworten auf alle 1000 Fragen, richtig wie falsch
• Prüfungsversuche, Punktzahlen und Ergebnisse
• Markierte Fragen, Fehlerlisten und Wiederholungsstapel
• Prüfungstermin, Tagesziel und Erinnerungseinstellung
• Die ausgewählte Bedienoberflächensprache
Technisch liegt das in einer Datenbank und in den App-Einstellungen Ihres Geräts. Wenn Sie
die App löschen, sind diese Daten weg — auch für uns, denn wir hatten sie nie.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie die geräteeigene Sicherung (Android Backup bzw. iCloud-Backup)
eingeschaltet haben, kann Ihr Betriebssystem App-Daten in Ihr eigenes Backup aufnehmen.
Das regeln die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google bzw. Apple, nicht unsere.
WAS WIR ODER DRITTE ERHALTEN
Firebase Analytics (Google)
Anonyme Nutzungsstatistik: welche Bildschirme geöffnet werden, ob eine Prüfung gestartet
oder abgeschlossen wurde, ob die Bezahlseite erschienen ist. Dazu gehören technische
Angaben wie Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion, grobe Region und eine zufällige
App-Installations-ID.
Niemals übertragen werden: Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihre Antworten, Ihre
Prüfungsergebnisse, Ihr Prüfungstermin oder irgendein Lerninhalt.
Abschaltbar: Einstellungen → „Nutzungsstatistik“. Danach verlässt kein
Statistikereignis mehr Ihr Gerät.
Firebase Remote Config (Google)
Holt beim Start Konfigurationswerte — wie viele Kapitel kostenlos sind, ob eine
Pflichtaktualisierung nötig ist. Dabei sendet das Gerät nur die Angaben, die für die
Zuordnung nötig sind (Installations-ID, App-Version, Plattform). Es werden keine
Lerndaten gesendet.
RevenueCat
Verarbeitet den Kauf und prüft, ob er noch gültig ist. Übertragen werden der Kaufbeleg des
Stores und eine zufällig erzeugte, anonyme Nutzerkennung (anon_…), die die App selbst
erzeugt. Eine E-Mail-Adresse oder ein Name wird nicht übergeben.
Apple App Store / Google Play
Die Zahlung selbst wickelt ausschließlich der jeweilige Store ab. Wir sehen Ihre
Zahlungsdaten zu keinem Zeitpunkt.
Übersetzungsfunktion
Die Übersetzen-Schaltfläche übergibt den ausgewählten Text an die Übersetzungs-App Ihres
Geräts. Das geschieht nur, wenn Sie sie antippen, und was danach mit dem Text passiert,
regelt die Datenschutzerklärung dieser App. Wir senden den Text nirgendwohin.
E-Mail an den Support
Wenn Sie uns schreiben, erhalten wir natürlich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und den Inhalt Ihrer
Nachricht. Wir verwenden beides nur zur Beantwortung.
KINDER
Die App richtet sich an Erwachsene in der beruflichen Prüfungsvorbereitung. Sie ist nicht
für Kinder unter 16 Jahren bestimmt, und wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.
IHRE RECHTE (DSGVO)
Da wir keine personenbezogenen Lerndaten speichern, liegt praktisch alles in Ihrer Hand:
• Auskunft und Übertragbarkeit: Ihre Daten liegen auf Ihrem Gerät und sind dort
einsehbar.
• Löschung: App deinstallieren — damit sind alle Lerndaten entfernt.
• Widerspruch: Nutzungsstatistik in den Einstellungen abschalten. Rechtsgrundlage ist
Ihre Einwilligung, die Sie jederzeit widerrufen können.
• Beschwerde: Sie können sich bei Ihrer zuständigen Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde
beschweren.
SPEICHERDAUER
Lerndaten bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät, bis Sie sie löschen. Anonyme Statistikdaten bei Firebase
werden nach Googles Standardfristen automatisch gelöscht (derzeit maximal 14 Monate).
Kaufbelege bewahrt RevenueCat so lange auf, wie es für die Kaufprüfung nötig ist.
SICHERHEIT
Die Daten liegen in der Sandbox der App, die Ihr Betriebssystem von anderen Apps
abschottet. Der wirksamste Schutz ist hier struktureller Art: es gibt keinen Server von
uns, auf dem Ihre Lerndaten liegen und der angegriffen werden könnte.
ÄNDERUNGEN
Wir können diese Erklärung anpassen. Eines ändern wir nicht: Ihre Antworten und
Prüfungsergebnisse werden wir nicht anfangen zu übertragen.

THE SHORT VERSION
• No account, no registration, no sign-in.
• All of your study progress — answered questions, exam results, flags, revision queues —
stays on your device. We hold no copy of it.
• We run no server that holds your study data.
• Anonymous usage analytics can be switched off in Settings.
• There are no ads, and we do not sell data.
WHAT STAYS ON THE DEVICE
The following is stored locally only and is never transmitted to us:
• Your answers to all 1000 questions, right and wrong
• Exam attempts, scores and results
• Flagged questions, mistake lists and revision queues
• Exam date, daily goal and reminder setting
• Your chosen interface language
Technically this lives in a database and in the app's preferences on your device. Delete
the app and this data is gone — for us too, because we never had it.
Note: if you have device backup enabled (Android Backup or iCloud Backup), your operating
system may include app data in your own backup. That is governed by Google's and Apple's
privacy policies, not ours.
WHAT WE AND THIRD PARTIES RECEIVE
Firebase Analytics (Google)
Anonymous usage statistics: which screens are opened, whether an exam was started or
finished, whether the paywall appeared. Alongside these come technical details such as
device model, OS version, coarse region and a random app installation ID.
Never transmitted: your name, your email address, your answers, your exam results, your
exam date, or any study content.
Switchable off: Settings → "Usage analytics". After that no analytics event leaves
your device.
Firebase Remote Config (Google)
Fetches configuration values at launch — how many chapters are free, whether an update is
required. The device sends only what is needed to match a configuration (installation ID,
app version, platform). No study data is sent.
RevenueCat
Processes the purchase and checks whether it is still valid. It receives the store's
purchase receipt and a randomly generated anonymous user identifier (anon_…) that the
app creates itself. No email address and no name is passed.
Apple App Store / Google Play
The payment itself is handled entirely by the respective store. We never see your payment
details.
Translation
The translate action hands the selected text to your device's own translation app. This
happens only when you tap it, and what happens to the text afterwards is governed by that
app's privacy policy. We send the text nowhere.
Support email
If you write to us we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we
use both only to answer you.
CHILDREN
The app is aimed at adults preparing for a professional qualification. It is not directed
at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
Because we store no personal study data, practically everything is in your hands:
• Access and portability: your data is on your device, where you can see it.
• Erasure: uninstall the app and all study data is removed.
• Objection: switch off usage analytics in Settings. The legal basis is your consent,
which you may withdraw at any time.
• Complaint: you may complain to your local data protection authority.
RETENTION
Study data stays on your device until you delete it. Anonymous analytics at Firebase is
deleted automatically under Google's standard retention (currently at most 14 months).
RevenueCat keeps purchase receipts for as long as purchase validation requires.
SECURITY
Data lives in the app's sandbox, which your operating system isolates from other apps. The
strongest protection here is structural: there is no server of ours holding your study data
for anyone to breach.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. One thing will not change: we will not start transmitting your
answers and exam results.
