In the design step, a storyboard was created in PowerPoint. From this one storyboard, deliverables were created for three different delivery options: in-person, instructional video, and eLearning.

The first delivery option is a live delivery. I built a PowerPoint presentation, a facilitator guide, and a participant workbook for this option.

The second delivery option is an instructional video. For this part of the project, I created the video (as the on-camera talent) and edited it, adding music, transitions, b-roll, and pictures to break up the PowerPoint slides.

The third delivery option is eLearning. I recorded the audio and the content has slight modifications from the instructional video version. There are knowledge check questions and reflection questions.

The eLearning and instructional video are anticipated to be released in an online just-in-time learning platform late 2023 or early 2024.
