Terms & Conditions of Service

This section includes all details regarding commission work.
Please read carefully before submitting a commission request form.

Price

• All prices in the website are base prices and are subject to change based on demand.

• Additional charges may apply to designs with more complex features, such as armor, texture, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.

• Additional charges may apply when you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved or if your reference is unclear to start with, etc.

Payment

• Currency accepted is either United States Dollar (USD) or Panamanian Balboa (PAB). 

• Payment accepted through PayPal or any Panamanian payment service such as Yappy or bank transfer. 

• Payment must be rendered prior to beginning a project.

• Commercial work will be charged around 50% more depending on the type of work.

• If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

Content

• You will receive Drafts, Sketches and Works in Progress for revisions. They must be accepted and approved to ensure client satisfaction before I continue the work. 

• Finished Product

▫ Full-resolution image (PNG at 300 DPI).

▫ Web-friendly resolution image (PNG at 72 DPI).

▫ PSD file available for extra charge.

• Commissions (traditional or digital artwork) are a digital product. There is no physical product, but depending on the purpose, printing of the illustration can be discussed and arranged. 

• Revisions after the final piece has been completed will not be made, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

• All drawings will include a signature that may not be removed.

Time Frame

• The time it takes to finish the commission varies depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the work, and other projects.

▫For Icons, the commission will take 3 days after confirmation.

▫For Character Illustrations, the commission will take 5 days after confirmation.

▫For Custom Products, the commission will take 10-15 days after confirmation.

• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let it be known immediately.

• If there is a specific deadline that must be met, let me know beforehand or additional charges will be made.

Copyright and Reproduction

• Art Commissions (including original characters and fanart) are for personal usage only.

• I have the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.

• I retain the right to display and promote commissioned artworks.

• No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT’s or AI training.

• The client cannot claim ownership, discredit, modify, or profit from the artwork.

• The client retains the rights to the intellectual property (IP) and may upload the artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit.
