By installing or using KIPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Nature of Service

KIPTV is an IPTV player application.
It does not provide, host, or include any media content. Users must provide their own content links or playlists from legal sources.

We are not responsible for the content accessed through third-party sources or user-added playlists.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use KIPTV only for lawful purposes
  
  

• Not use KIPTV to access, stream, or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization
  
  

• Comply with local laws and regulations related to media usage
  
  

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed in KIPTV belong to their respective owners.
KIPTV and its code, design, and name remain the property of Lulikron Africa Pty Ltd.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Future versions of KIPTV may offer subscriptions with a 30-day trial period.
All billing and renewals will be managed securely via Google Play Billing.
Refunds and cancellations must be handled through your Google Play account.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

KIPTV is provided “as is.”
Lulikron Africa Pty Ltd is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, or safety of any content accessed through the app
  
  

• Service interruptions or data loss
  
  

• Misuse of the app by third parties
  
  

You use KIPTV at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KIPTV if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
