Step 1: Download the Work Permit Application
Step 2: Fill out the Work Permit Application in its ENTIRETY.
The application must be completed by you, your parents, and your future employer.
Step 3: Email or text a picture of the completed application to sblunt-jupiter@kippneworleans.org or 504-356-2239
Step 4: Schedule a time to come in and sign the actual permit

Check with your future employer. Some businesses have printed applications already on-hand.
