KIP Track is a mobile application designed to monitor and manage the usage of KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) funds for students. It facilitates transparency between Admins, Students, and Guardians.
This application was developed exclusively as a Final Project (UAS) for the Mobile Device Programming II course. All data contained within (users, universities, financial figures) is PURELY DUMMY DATA intended for demonstration and testing purposes only. This app uses Firebase for backend simulation. No real financial transactions occur.
We do not require users to register or provide their personal private information (such as real personal emails or phone numbers) to use the application.
Account Credentials (Dummy Data): Access to the application is granted via pre-assigned dummy accounts created by the administrators/developers. Users log in using these provided credentials. We do not collect personal email addresses for account creation. All user profiles (Student, Guardian, Admin) stored in the database are fictitious data used solely for simulation.
Photos and Media: The app requests permission to access the device's Camera and Gallery. This is strictly used to allow the user to simulate uploading a "transaction proof" image to Firebase Storage. These images are treated as part of the dummy project data.
App Activity: Transaction logs and inputs created within the app are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore to demonstrate the functionality of the project.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Storage) to facilitate our backend services. Their privacy policy can be viewed here: Google Firebase Privacy Policy.
This application is an educational project intended for academic simulation and is safe for general audiences, including students.
We value the integrity of our student project. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Please do not input any sensitive real-world data (such as real ID numbers or real financial passwords) into this simulation app.
