To apply for citizenship and you are in Kintland, please go to your local post office, town hall, or court house, and ask to apply for citizenship or residency. Next you must fill out the form with all the provided and necessary information. Then turn it into the official. And you will soon receive your passport depending on your line of work or status as a citizen, the passport type will differ. 

To apply for a passport on the phone, dial 7-100-1000 and ask for application, tell the person on the line all the provided and information asked for, and they will look up your documentation and send you a passport. This process cannot be completed online.
