BREAKING NEWS Kintland cannot join the European Union due to eccenomic system and imigration polocy! Though A partial joining will be met!

Kintland simply cannot join the EU fully due to its closed currency system and mixed controlled economy. If Kintland where to join the EU and use the euro, the whole economics system of Kintland would immediently fall apart, everyone would have euros and the other europeans could come and fully corrupt the system. Also if Kintland joined the EU, Kintlands imigration policy is everyone is welcome to come work and live in Kintland, this is much less strict than other EU countries. People would emigrate to Kintland, get Kintlandian EU passports, and flood the EU with new people who need housing, utility, and jobs. 

A "partial joining" will comence, Kintlandian passport holders will be able to go into the EU without any passport controll and stay there indenfinently for vacation or buisness only, and EU passport holders will be able to enter Kintland visa free and stay there indenfinently for vacation or buisness. Currency exchanges will be set up in Kintland to exchange Euros for Kintlandian rubbles, but the exchange price will be very high about 70%, so 100 euros will only be 30 Kintlandian rubbles. This will prevent exploitation of the economy, and also allow the government to keep the prices low for citizens.
