Live Streams/Events

• Maintain a weekly live stream schedule:

  • every Saturday at 12:00pm (Hong Kong time)

  • live stream content can include:

    • KS stuff:

      • MCMTR

      • MTR Crafters

    • games:

      • Minecraft server games

      • Minecraft SMP

      • Roblox games

      • Steam games

      • other games

      • Kahoot (see below)

    • others:

      • outdoor activities (eg. urban exploring, train rides, etc.)

      • knowledge sharing (eg. fun facts about geography, music, languages, mathematics, etc.)

      • entirely discussion-based live streams (bring up some topics for discussion for the entire stream)

  • if not available to stream in a particular week (eg. during exam period), then stream at least once every two weeks

  • more frequent live streams during holiday periods

• Organize Kahoot game activities throughout the year (will be live streamed)

  • one during Lunar New Year Holiday break (31 January, 1 or 2 February); topic: LNY facts, games (eg. 成語接龍、猜詩, etc.)

  • one during MCMTR's 5th Anniversary (8 March); topic: MTR + Hong Kong buses + transport

  • one during Easter Holiday break (25, 26 or 27 April); topic: geography (Hong Kong + around the world)

  • two during the summer holiday (early-July, mid-August); topics: TBD

  • one in October (18 October); topic: STEM (mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus), physics, computer programming, etc.)

  • one during Christmas holiday break (late-December); topic: festive stuff

• Rebuild/improve the following remaining stations:

  • Tsuen Wan West Station

  • Mei Foo Station

  • Yau Ma Tei Station (after relocation of Nathan Road)

  • Mong Kok Station (after relocation of Nathan Road)

• Finish and open HKU Station exit C2

• Finish and open Sai Ying Pun Station exit B3

• Finish building and open the Tsuen Wan Line

  • update and finalize tracks and tunnels of the section from southeast of Lai King Station to north of Prince Edward Station

  • update Mei Foo, Lai Chi Kok, Cheung Sha Wan and Sham Shui Po Stations:

    • replace the original fare gates to Essencard fare gates

    • install working platform screen doors

• Finish building roads in Kennedy Town

• Relocate Nathan Road eastward (only after that can Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok Stations start improvement works)

• Update all the command blocks at the station fare gates across the entire MCMTR network

• Update all ticket machine signs across the entire MCMTR network

• Finish and open the following lines to the public (each with an opening ceremony + event live stream):

  • Tuen Ma Line

  • South Island Line

• Finish and open all Light Rail routes

Coding Projects (2025 summer):

• MCMTR fare calculator + route planner (web app)

• MTR Dynamic Route Map maker (web app)

• Use other social media platforms/channels more often (eg. post more on Instagram)

• Try producing some music/remixes/EDM
