Research Interests
My research interests lie at the intersection of Computational Biology, Molecular Biophysics, and Structural Bioinformatics, with a particular focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms that govern biological systems. I am fascinated by how computational and quantitative approaches can be employed to investigate the structure, dynamics, and function of bio-molecules at atomic and molecular scales.
A major area of my interest is Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulations, which provide a powerful framework for exploring bio-molecular conformational changes, protein folding, ligand binding, and intermolecular interactions. I am particularly interested in leveraging computational modeling and simulation techniques to understand protein dynamics and the physicochemical principles underlying biological function.
Through interdisciplinary research, I aim to contribute to our understanding of complex biological phenomena using physics based methods and the development of predictive models that bridge experimental observations with theoretical insights.
