I am Kingsuk Das, born & brought up in the historic town of Bandel, currently working as a PhD research scholar (DBT-Junior Research Fellow) in the Department of Biological Sciences at IISER Kolkata. I am working at the interface of Computational & Theoretical Biology, combining concepts from Biophysics, Structural Biology, Physical Chemistry, Programming & Statistical Mechanics.

Beyond academics, I am an avid reader of storybooks, a photography enthusiast, and a keen follower of football and cricket.
