How do I collect the boots I have reserved?

Boots that have been reserved will remain visible on this site, but they will be labelled as 'reserved'. 

• If you have reserved a pair of boots, you have 1 week (from your email confirmation) to collect your boots.   

• If they are not collected, they will be unreserved and available to others to reserve. 

Boots ready for collection will be placed in a labelled bag in the porch area of 199 Richmond Road, KT2 5DD.  Feel free to try them on - if they do not fit, just place them back in the donation box (also in the porch area).  We will also put out some alternatives, if we have some.
