This kit doesn't come with any mounting gear. No 3D mounts are  sent
You will have to come up with a way to make everything stay on your headset. More thank likely you will need to understand basic electrical engineering to hook it up properly. 
Pros:
No soldering required. Everything comes out of the boxes working, you have to figure out how to install it yourself.
