To clarify, there isn’t an “English Mod” in the traditional sense. Instead, we offer English menu textures that replace the original Japanese ones—essentially translating the game’s menus into English. In addition, there are texture packs available for default and custom wrestlers, new rings, and various UI elements.
This mod has zero affiliation with any other "english mod" that is found on youtube. This is different, and better.

Once you have access to the Google Drive, follow these steps:
1. Download the folder labeled Pejiseven2.
2. Inside, you will find two folders: ISO & Save File and Textures. Download the Textures folder.
3. Next, boot up KOC 2 in PCSX2.
4. From the PCSX2 menu, open Settings and go to Graphics.
5. In the Search Directory field, you’ll see the path where PCSX2 creates texture folders.
6. In the Graphics tab, check the Dump Textures checkbox. You should now see two folders in this directory: Dump and Replace.
7. Uncheck Dump Textures in the Graphics tab.
8. Unzip the Textures folder you downloaded from Google Drive and paste its contents into the Replace folder in your directory (from step 6).
9. In the PCSX2 Graphics tab, click Load Textures.
10. In your KOC2 game, if you see menus translated into English and updated ring textures, you will know it worked.
Done!
Note:
To ensure wrestler textures work, follow the steps above and use the save file provided on Google Drive. Instructions for loading a save file into PCSX2 can be found in the question below. If you only want to use the ring, menu, or UI textures, the save file from the Google Drive is not required.
Ligerbusa made an Incredibly useful step by step video tutorial on this, it can be found Here.
Rey created a fantastic video on how to do this, Instructions are also below.
1. From the main menu, navigate to Save/Load.
2. Select the third option in the Save/Load menu.
3. A box will appear with a lot of text; press Circle.
4. Press Square, insert your 'second' memory card into Slot 1, and then choose the top option and hit Circle.
5. In PCSX2, to insert your second memory card into Slot 1, open the settings menu and go to the Memory Card tab.
6. The wrestlers from the second memory card will appear on the right side. Select the wrestlers you wish to copy and transfer them to a slot on the left.
7. Reinsert your main memory card back into Slot 1.
8. Exit back to the main menu and make sure to save when prompted on screen.

Between versions 1.7 and 2.0, an update to PCSX2 caused some texture packs to malfunction. The last known working build was v1.75663. If you’re experiencing issues, you have a couple of options: either revert to an older version of PCSX2 or, if you are using a newer build, follow these steps:
1. Open the PCSX2 settings.
2. Go to the Graphics tab.
3. Set Blending Accuracy to Minimum.
Load KOC Green
Choose COMBINE DISCS (Bottom-most Menu Option - untranslated text)
Choose Top Option on the prompt.
Press Start, insert Red Disc, press Eject button (NOT RESET) to close
Press Start, insert Green Disc, press Eject button (NOT RESET) to close
Go BACK to Load/Save options from main menu
Select Load (Top option)
Select EVERYTHING (Top Option)
Once combined, create a save state to avoid doing this each time you play.
Note:
The steps above work for both PS2 and PCSX2.
Also, if you dont want to go through the hassle, Rey recently provided a combined save that has both discs merged. Here
