• teacher and/or school contact names

• email addresses

• school name (and, where relevant, campus/site)

• purchase order information

• invoicing and payment details

We do not collect student personal information.

How we use this information

We use information for:

• providing access to and support for Kingfisher Exams resources

• confirming and managing licence terms (as described in our Terms of Use)

• invoicing, receipts, and accounting

• communicating updates, corrections, or resource-related information

Sharing and confidentiality

Kingfisher Exams will not sell or share our customer database with any third party.

We will not disclose whether or not your school is using our resources to other parties.

Group communications are sent using BCC so email addresses are not shared with teachers at other schools.

We may use trusted service providers (for example, email and cloud storage services) to operate our business. These providers process data only to support normal business operations.

Storage and security

Customer information is stored securely, with access limited to the partners of Kingfisher Exams. We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, unauthorised access, or misuse.

Email preferences

You can opt out of receiving emails from us at any time. We will action opt-out requests promptly.

Access and correction

You have the right to request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you.

We apply the same access and correction rights to school-level information.
