8x award-winning finishing school of Self-Mastery, Divinity and Feminine Refinement

Welcome to Kingdom Woman Finishing School

Founded in 1997 in Monroe, Louisiana and officially incorporated in 2020 in Springfield, MA, Cacique Shatoyia Jones created Kingdom Woman Finishing School, originally, School of Joie, as a biblically-inspired, finishing school of self-mastery and divinity or "modern charm school" as a lifelong mentorship and leadership program ideal for current and future generations of talented and ambitious women of all ages and stages of life. Kingdom Woman Finishing School serves women who desire to learn more about and uncover their divine feminine spirit and nurture it into organic prominence, operate at a higher standard of living and being, and achieve a deeper understanding of who they are individually and their non-sexual value to society so that they can prepare to lead fulfilling, impactful and purposeful lives filled with genuine peace, joy and a legacy of benevolent impact in and outside of their homes.

In addition to our signature KWFS Heiress Excellency training, we offer individual trainings and 1:1 private coaching sessions on-campus and virtually / online. As of April 2024, we have 300+ heiresses enrolled, offer training instruction in multiple languages, offer an annual scholarship and grant program for women around the world to exercise to practice their skills and earn awards, scholarship and grants. We are also expanding our curriculum offerings quarterly.

Under Shatoyia's stewardship, women of a diversity of backgrounds and socio-economic status train to become Kingdom Women, women who are created to hold a position of divine dominion and leadership as a unique powerful force of benevolent influence in their assigned sector of society, as well as their homes, their relationships and their communities, going on to leave legacies fit for the child of royal priesthood.

About Cacique Shatoyia Jones

Hi there!

I am Cacique Shatoyia Jones, also known professionally as the "Queen of Self-Discovery" and most recently, the "Queen of Self-Mastery." I am a Louisiana native and an adventure-loving American woman wiht a love for social dancing, travel and cultural immersion, as well as sociallly conscious entrepreneurship. I am a lifelong learn and personal refinement / feminine refinement specialist with values rooted in biblical faith. I have lived a very experiential, non-traditional life in the name of finding myself, and the pursuit of self-liberation, self-fulfillment, a higher quality of being and living and most importantly, internal peace and happiness.

Professionally, I serve as a multi-award winning internationally reknowned women's advocate and godly femininity pioneer, social entrepreneur, wealth education consultant and equitable opportunity access and poverty reduction specialist, author and am a 2x pageant titleholder.  Over the span of my life, not just my career, I have empowered thousands of ambitious women worldwide to uncover the regal kingdom woman inside of her by equipping her with the biblically-inspired tools, mentorship and support to confidently embrace feminine womanhood, realize the non-sexual value of the feminine spirit to society and position herself with confidence, grace and poise in pursuit of a higher quality of living and being --without shame or reservation.

My love for connecting people with life transforming products, services and resources to improve their quality of life is infinite. My experience in being able to transform the lives of others while contributing to to the significant growth (community, revenue and impact) of organizations of various sizes whose mission and vision I believe in, like yours, is extensive with 20+ years of operations & project management, creative directorship, strategic development and growth, marketing and sales experience and hundreds of corporate, small business, non-profit and grassroots organizations in my portfolio and a combined total of $100M+ in revenue within the last 5 years.

I have been entrusted with the vision of small and large high-profile organizations from a variety of industries, from leadership and management to education (all levels, including EEC) to telecommunications, fintech and e-commerce to fashion and retail to food and hospitality to government and international diplomacy. I started my first business at 8, built and sold 3 businesses before the age of 22 and received my first leadership role of a national and international company as consultant at 23. The marketing types I have extensive experience in include: organic online (social media, organic traffic / paid ads, SEO and search optimization), offline business development (events, word-of-mouth, direct mail, cold/warm calling, lead prospecting, strategic partnerships).

Over the course of my life, I found that though many of the women around me appeared to be confident on the outset, the majority of them are comparing themselves to others and are afraid to be their full selves for fear of not being validated by the judges or measuring up to other candidates. In order for women to truly secure the crown that matters (her mind and morals) and effectively assume her place as the backbone of society, there needs to be an awareness and unwavering assurance and knowing of herself to be able to show up authentically and unapologetically as her best self, in excellence. She needs to have the confidence to push past the limitations that others may intentionally or unintentionally project unto her and pursue the opportunities that are aligned with her purpose, gifts and vision for her life. And finally, entities that serve women need to be mindful to create spaces that empower the whole woman in feminine grace and leadership, not just the “career” woman, as well as stop projecting limitations onto ambitious women who desire to do what is perceived to be the impossible.

As an owner of Kingdom Woman Finishing School of feminine refinement and self-mastery for women and Board Member of Women Helping Other Women (WHOW) Network, I am commissioned to work with talented and ambitious women of all ages and stages of life who hold great positions of leadership and influence in society from the local community to homemaking to politics and government to the royal family and everything in between. Despite the increased opportunity for women to access more positions of leadership and influence, I find one astonishing common denominator that stagnates a woman’s ability to maximize every opportunity: superficially anchored confidence that is attached to something outside of themselves. As a result, her ability to show up, shine and influence is stagnated and hindered by constant outer comparisons that are used that becomes a measure of her self-worth. Hundreds of thousands of women later, I know without a doubt how it is not enough to empower women with more opportunities. A woman must also possess the confidence and a sense of self-worth that is unattached to the opportunity to be had to pursue them and the preparation in skills to maximize each opportunity presented to them. Otherwise, women won’t show up fully, won’t have the confidence to ask for what they need and pursue what they truly desire or have the ability to filter out projected limitations from others. They will be presented with opportunity and not have the tools to fully show up, pursue and maximize it, which does more damage than good.

Valè Yon Fanm: Value of a Woman is my book series that inspired the 365 day devotional and affirmation journal that focuses on the empowerment of the whole woman and encourages her to look internally for growth as a measure of self-worth, instead of outwardly, so as to organically expand her ability to be great and shine in her pursuit of purpose, fulfillment, a higher standard of living and excellence and ask for what she needs and practice self–care and feminine wellness, without shame or reservation. I have partnered with local and national Dress for Success branches, Harvard Women in Business and MassCultural Council to create spaces for women that center wellness and feminine grace, while feeding their ambition and visions for their lives and teaching the skills to access and maximize any opportunity that crosses their paths. I have created safe spaces and self-development programming for women across Massachusetts and provided training access to opportunities to women I have met in MAO and beyond. If I had personalized the projected limitations as many women tend to do, I very well may not have accomplished these things, but my self-assurance anchored in genuine self confidence was not shaken because it is not anchored in external validation.

In the words of one of the ladies I worked with recently, “Shatoyia is someone who will put the right people and opportunities in your corner to take you to the next level, and genuinely wants to see you win and will do what she can to get you there.”
