How we work

Kingdom Builders Food Program (KBFP) rescues nationally and regionally donated food from manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and growers. Much of this nutritious food passes through our partners agency before being distributed to seletive communities throughout NE Philadelphia PA.

These programs include our network of non-profit agency partners (food shelves, soup kitchens, shelters and other programs) and our own direct service programs which directly feed the hungry.

Our agency partners are able to order the foods that are right for their programs. Most of this food is delivered to their door by our volunteer drivers that travel through our service region.

Each year we distribute over thousands pounds of food, or enough food for thousands meals, which feed approximately 13,350 of our Northwest Philadelphia PA. neighbors in need.
