Management of the end to end production process of assets for Unilever in North & Latin America & selected countries in Europe

The  management of the production included my supervision of project management processes, strategy, creative assets creation, preparation of product descriptions including translation & transcreation plus e-merchandising as well as upload of the assets  to eRetailers websites via specialized eCommerce tools.
