These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the King Scoreboard iOS App ("App"), including any in-app subscription services, provided by King Scoreboard ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, including subscribing to any in-app services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App:
a. The King Scoreboard App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App and any in-app subscription services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
b. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
2. In-App Subscriptions:
a. The King Scoreboard App may offer in-app subscription services, which provide access to premium features, content, or functionality within the App.
b. Payment for in-app subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
c. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
d. All subscriptions are subject to our refund policy, as outlined in Section 5 below.
3. User Accounts:
a. In order to access certain features of the App, including in-app subscription services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Intellectual Property:
a. All content, features, and functionality available in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, are the intellectual property of King Scoreboard and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.
5. Refund Policy:
a. Refunds for in-app subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store and are processed by Apple. We do not have control over the refund process for in-app purchases.
b. If you have any issues with your subscription or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall King Scoreboard, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any in-app subscription services.
7. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
