Hi, I’m Ariana (“Ari”) — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through movement.
After spending 8 years behind a desk in a sedentary role, I experienced the toll that inactivity and poor movement patterns can take. A serious back injury led me to spine surgery, including artificial disc replacement and spinal fusion. That experience changed everything. I committed to rebuilding my body and pursuing a career in fitness and wellness to help others do the same.
I’ve always loved the outdoors — biking, slacklining, paddleboarding, rollerblading, and jogging — but now I do them without fear of movement. My mission is to help you feel that same freedom.
In our 1:1 sessions, I use functional training, mobility coaching, and corrective exercise techniques to help you move better and feel stronger. I follow the NASM Optimum Performance Training Model, tailoring each program to your unique posture, muscular imbalances, and movement habits. We work through chronic tension, improve alignment, and build stability, flexibility, endurance, and power — so you can live your life with confidence and ease.
You’ll learn how to implement workouts at home or in the gym, becoming self-sufficient and pain-free. My goal is simple: to help you move with intention, feel energized, and live without limits.
