Coach Chais is the passionate founder and head coach of Kinetic Chaos Cheer & Dance Team, proudly based in Memphis, TN. Fueled by her love for cheer, dance, and youth empowerment, she launched Kinetic Chaos in 2025 to create a positive, uplifting space where young athletes can grow in confidence, teamwork, and leadership.

A former performer and community coach, Coach Chais brings experience, energy, and heart to every practice. She specializes in beginner to intermediate-level training, focusing on performance technique, energy, and unity to help each athlete reach their full potential.

Coach Chais believes in leading with love, structure, and positivity. Every routine is carefully designed to teach discipline, teamwork, and fun all while helping young athletes find their confidence and their voice both on and off the mat.

Her mission goes beyond building strong cheerleaders. She’s building strong, motivated leaders who will carry their Kinetic Chaos spirit into everything they do.
