Privacy Policy — Crow Loop

Kinetic Tonnage Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) built Crow Loop (“the App”) as a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect limited information to help us understand how the App is used and to improve stability and performance.
We may collect app usage and performance analytics, such as:
App interactions (e.g., screens visited, features used)
Device and app information (e.g., device model, operating system version, app version)
General location derived from IP address (country/region level, if provided by the analytics provider)
Approximate session information (e.g., timestamps, session duration)
When the App crashes or encounters errors, we may collect diagnostics such as:
Crash logs, stack traces, and error reports
Device/app state at the time of the crash
Identifiers used to attribute crashes to a specific installation (may include an “instance ID” or similar)
No ads: The App does not show third-party ads and we do not use advertising identifiers for ads.
No in-app purchases: The App does not process payments and does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as precise location, health data, or government IDs).
We use analytics and crash/diagnostics data to:
Operate and maintain the App
Monitor performance and stability
Fix bugs and prevent crashes
Understand which features are used so we can improve gameplay and user experience
We may share data with service providers that help us run analytics and crash reporting (for example, platform or SDK providers). These providers process data on our behalf according to their terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the App.
We keep analytics and crash/diagnostics data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and as required by our service providers’ retention settings and applicable laws.
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to limit or disable certain analytics collection through:
Your device privacy settings (where available)
Platform-level settings (e.g., Android/iOS diagnostics or analytics controls)

Crow Loop is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our developer site with a new effective date.
