Any change in the way your child gets home from school must be made in writing. A letter including your child's name, the dates in which the change is in effect, the new method of transportation, a contact number, and your signature is the best way to notify us of changes. The letter can be sent in your child's daily folder.

In emergency situations, it will be necessary to first call the school, and then email (or fax: 348-3707) your written request for an alternative method of transportation or to request your child be placed in aftercare. Emails should be sent to both Kindergarten teachers, the school secretary, and the principal.

Students who ride the bus must ALWAYS wear purple school shirts. Bus students may still participate in dress down days; however, purple shirts MUST be worn OVER dress-down clothes in order to ride the bus to and/or from school. This is to ensure they are easily identified by bus drivers as PK/K students. Bus students not in compliance with policy will be required to attend a conference with the principal and may lose dress-down privileges.
