Digital Fluency

This element refers to the understanding that an individual has of electronics. It is thought the the students who have a better understanding of the web and of electronics, tend to make better decisions. This element also refers to the good news and the bad news. Students who are digitally fluent will be able to pick out what information they find on electronics is accurate or not accurate .
