NOTICE
(MOVING YOUR MOBILE HOME INTO THE PARK)
- We need to know the County where the Mobile Home is located now
- A copy of the Move Permit from that County
- The Mobile Home year, make, model, and VIN
- A copy of the Title/Bill of Sale showing your ownership (if you do not have a title you will need to provide a copy of the Certificate of Inspection
- The name of the State Licensed Moving Company that will be moving the Mobile Home (according to UDOT requirements)
- The name of the company who will be setting up the Mobile Home (according to Utah Law)
- Copy of the County Building Permit
- The name of the person/company who will be doing the mandatory repairs to bring this mobile home up to current building codes
- The name of the person/company who will be performing the Gas line pressure tests that are required as part of the State Inspections
- The name of the electrician who will be hooking up the power from the power meter to the Mobile Home
- The name of the State Licensed Inspector who will be inspecting the ENTIRE MOBILE HOME (Set up, Exterior, Interior, Roof, skirting, gas pressure test and electrical hook up to the Mobile Home electrical box, water and sewer hookup, etc.)
- Move-in date and the date the home will be completed for occupancy inspection
- If the Mobile Home is NOT completed with the Final Inspection Approval within Ninety days from when the Mobile Home was moved into the Park the Park will enforce the lien (according to the lease agreement) against the Mobile Home that is "Secured Collateral" and or place a construction lien on the Mobile Home. We will then open the repairs and any and all other work to be performed and completed according to Utah Code to open bid for these repairs to be completed in a timely manner. PLEASE BE INFORMED that you will be responsible for any and all of these repairs, and expenses to ensure your Mobile Home is in compliance to ANY and ALL laws and codes involving Mobile Homes.
OR
- The Park may deem your Mobile Home is ABANDONDED PROPERTY and call a licensed and insured mobile home mover who will come and remove your mobile home from the park and store your Mobile Home in their storage/impound yard. You will be responsible to pay any and all fees incurred by that mobile home mover, storage/impound, etc. directly to the mobile home mover.
- Lot Space Tenants who own their own Mobile Home in the Park are responsible to comply with the Park Rules and Regulations, INCLUDING making sure your home is safe and sanitary both exterior and interior of the Mobile Home.
