Our research spans a broad range of plasma physics, from traditional low-temperature plasmas to fusion plasmas, and applies this foundation to the development of plasma source technologies for semiconductor and display applications. By combining experiments, diagnostics, modeling, and simulation, we investigate plasma generation, transport, instability, and control. At the intersection of these fields, we pursue world-leading research in the physics and engineering of partially magnetized plasmas.
