Black Lives Matter Movement and Human Capital Theory and its transformation on the urban secondary high school system

My names is Kimmala K. Cox. My research interest are implementing Black Lives Matter Movement and Human Capital Theory concepts into the urban secondary high school system so that black students can measure up to success. I made the graduate list of Fontbonne University MBA class of 1992. I am a soror of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am pursuing the advancement to be an educational leader at my current employment. I am a advocate of several causes relating to the social movements of the Civil Rights and Black Lives Matter Movement.

  • My topic evolves around the 1600's in the creation of indentured servants, to slavery, to freedom, to civil rights movement, to Black Lives Matter Movement. Black people are the founder of this knowledge.

  • The laws and legislation of the government was created to give an identity to the black race to provide for food , education, housing , employment, and civil rights.

  • Black Lives Matter Movement and the Civil rights Movement through the Human Capital Theory have been received by Black Americans and has reached globalization to Africa and other countries around the world. It has been received to be implemented into laws and legislation to provide safety from the police and combat institutionalized racism.

  • The gap is the persistency of the white race to not accept the social equality and social justice of Black america.

  • Black Lives Matter Movement and the Human Capital theory is adequate and its providing equality in education and police protection for Black Americans . Throughout the creation of proper laws and legislation Black Lives Matter Movement and the Human Capital theory will be systematically monitoring all law enforcement agencies and educational institutions and the practice for the future educational agenda for the Black race in all communities.

  • The formalization of fact and information gathering and refinement of information and with this body of information it is rationalized, interpretated and discussed. A summary and conclusion is reached and then it is finalized and put into written form. It is taken to a tall order to be looked over for its formalities and then judgement is rendered and scoped out for further reasoning and placement for significance relating to current world events and happenings. Further embodiment of knowledge is given to future recepients to be used as a guide, a foundation and a pictorial graph on how to look at educational knowledge.

The social-global considerations of my philosophy is deeply rooted into being a Human Capitalist that I hold firm support of the Human Capital Theory in justification of equity, accessibility and inclusion in racial justice and intersectionality of the constituents of the black community. The Human Capital Theory provides a basis for educating for economic growth and competition Knowledge is expanding into the classroom to reach the disadvantaged black students. Preschools for low-income families and the Head Start program are positioned on the idea that some children form low income families begin school at a disadvantage in comparison to to middle income and high income children and families. Head Start programs in the era of the sixties provided early childhood education to give poor children a head start on schooling that allows them to compete on equal terms with other children. The issue of poverty provides human capital arguments in directly influencing the organization of schools. The pouring of students into the human capital embodiments of schools where knowledge is based is seperated by abilities and interests. School graduates enter into jobs that match their educational programs. School officials uses a variety of standardized tests to place the student into an ability groups in an elementary school classroom and into a course of study. Normally, a student's education will lead directly to a college. Correlation of students education, abilities and interest and their occupation will lead to human capital sorting machines that argues that the economy will prosper and workers will be happy because their jobs will match their interests and education. Incorporating my educational philosophy in other broader global considerations are in the region of Africa where primary and secondary education is being processed through human capital models and money investments are being used to provide educational growth and economic growth. New evidence in Africa shows that the Human Capital theory and technology is being used in Africa towards education. The providing of lesson plans and training for teachers and mother tongue instructions, interventions, and teacher programs to include pay-for-performance and coaching and training programs for schools feeding delivers gain in both access and learning. These studies show positive impacts of elementary schools and less fees for primary schools and secondary schools. Human Capital theory and technology lends support to do school grant programs and programs providing individual learning inputs and to include uniforms and textbooks. The Human Capitalist and the Black Lives Matters Movement go hand to hand. Black Lives Matter Movement has had a impact on secondary education. It has aligned itself with promoting all students to attend class, so that they can acquire adequate knowledge and information skills to give a voice to the community to provide a learning society and lifelong learning learning so that workers can adapt to constantly changing needs in the labor force. All of these educational systems will work together to give all Black students a voice throughout a lifetime. Human Capital theory is related to the role of education is growing the economy, reducing poverty and raising personal income. Education provides for the global recovery and it establishes school curriculum for global economy. Human Capital theory as related to the Black Lives Matter Movement is that it gives its environment of structure of law and safety. It pours the human value of equity in enforcing the law in all communities and cultures. The Human Capital theory says if the ides of educating is present in the economic growth and competition will become the systematic approach to foster harmony among Black Lives and other cultures and groups by requesting and creating adequate money programs to Black men, Black women and Black children. Black Lives Matter Movement will support future legislation to create and build stronger law enforcement groups. Police protection is valued by all American citizens for a great country.

I, Too

I, too, sing America

I am the darker brother.

They send me to eat in the kitchen

When company comes,

But I laugh,

And eat well,

And grow strong.

Tomorrow,

I'll be at the table

When company comes.

Nobody"ll dare

Say to me,

"Eat in the kitchen,"

Then.

Besides,

They"ll see how beautiful I am

And be ashamed-

I, too, am America

-Langston Hughes

The historical and social implications of transcending of slaves from the continent of Africa to the being brought and placed upon the shores and land of the American colonies started as early as the 1600's. The human like subjects were treated like indentured servants doing menial tasks for white owners. Over the years as the American colonies grew and became regulated by a growing government this led to creation of power, space and money. In the 1700's , the need for food and products ushered into the secret creation of more colonies and more government to lead to the creation of slavery or free and forced labor to help in the building and expansion of the American colonies. In the 1800's slavery became the existence for every black man, black woman and black child. Slavery lasted in this country for about a 100 years. When slaves were freed in 1865 , they were given their freedom to justice. This freedom led to more education and and job opportunities. Although in the 1900's we had made gain in many areas we were still being unequally treated and served. Then inequity in jobs, housing and education continued..The fabric of the country had had a long reflection of racism embedded into the laws and governmental practices, because of our progression from slavery we started to being subjected to violent attacks by the white race through demonic forces of the government and leftist groups.

In the decades of 40's and 70's produced milestones of history of the United States in the creation of industrialization, agricultural growth and government expansion. The significance of the Civil Rights movement started to fold and produce a strong prominent leader of Dr. Martin Luther King, jr. and this led to the Black voice of Blacks in America. This movement created civil rights, voting rights, and educational rights. A lot of human rights groups were created such as NAACP, National Urban League and Core. These groups expressed the voice, issues and concerns of Blacks in America. These groups delivered in the areas of fair housing, Head Start for children, and police protection. These social movements led by these social groups gave us as Black America a voice and protection against brutality as being experience by the black man, the black woman, and black child between the 1960's to the present which is now our Black American presence being held by a bigger and growing prominent group called Black Lives Matter Movement. Since the inception year of 2013, the long-standing problem of anti-black racism in the United States drew sustained and sympathetic rational attention thru the 1980's and 1990's. The shooting and unjustified killing of black men, black women and black children by policemen have triggered demonstrations in cities across the country and spurred the growth of Black Lives Matter Movement formed in 2013 and dedicated to combating racism and anti-black violence, especially in the form of police brutality. The globalization of the Black Lives Matter Movement has been growing and sustaining. It has supported and funded by laws and legislation of the government of the United States. It has been made a high level of awareness to all walks of lives and to all races. The voice of the Black Lives Matter Movement has touched government, education, and law enforcement. The globalization of Black Lives Matter Movement Movement is present into the country of Africa. Countries across Africa are joining in the calling of global protection for an end to police brutality across the continent. In South Africa, the movement resonates because of the country's history of racism. Black Lives Matter Movement resonates in other African countries that don't have that same clear dichotomy of Black and white racism. Through much of the continent it doesn't have the same experience with racism of the United States or South Africa's history of apartheid, teenagers, and people in the early 20's- the oldest members of Generation Z- are supporting the movement. The continent is formerly under colonialism and in both cases with racism and with colonialism its the white perpetrator and the black victim - so their is a lot of empathy with the situation of our American brothers are experiencing now.Black Lives Matter Movement produces a voice, it produces safety, it produces safety, it produces justice, and it produces equity and growth. The negatives are inept in large white countries, inept providing police protection to other races and cultures. inept in providing capital and inept in controlling white firmness. This is my position and I support Black Lives Matter Movement to the fullest and those who are being systematically targeted, assaulted and discriminated against by the very people who are sworn to protect and serve. Yes, we will allow you to stand firm in your convictions for protection and safety from law enforcement throughout the black community and make a difference in the nation and the world.
