📌 General Notarization Services

• Price: $5.00 per notarized signature

• Includes acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and affirmations as per Illinois and Wisconsin law.

🚗 Mobile Notary Travel Fees

• Base Fee: $30 (includes up to 20 miles round trip)

• Additional Mileage: $2.00 per mile beyond 20 miles

(Travel fees cover time and transportation costs.)

🖨 Printing Fees

• Price: $0.25 per page

• Applies to documents printed for notarization services.

📑 Loan Signings (Real Estate Transactions)

• Price: $125.00 - $200.00
  (based on time, complexity, and page count – covers travel & notary stamps)

• Includes purchase closings, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.

• Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond 20 miles.

📜 Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Documents

• Price: $150 - $200 flat fee
  (includes notarization of all documents in the estate package)

• Professional handling of wills, trusts, power of attorney, and related documents.

🌐 Remote Online Notarization (RON)

• Price: $25.00 per online notarization (per Illinois state law limit)

• Secure virtual notarizations from anywhere using state-approved technology.

⏳ Same-Day & Rush Appointments

• Price: $25 additional fee

• For appointments requested within 24 hours.

⏱ Waiting Time Fee

• Price: $15 per additional 15-minute block (after the first 15 minutes).

👥 Witness Services

• Witness Fee: $40 per witness ($50 for last-minute requests)

• Witnesses available for estate planning signings, wills, trusts, and loan signings.

• Our witnesses are professional, reliable, and experienced in legal document execution.
