Expectations

I expect you to:

• Be nice and respectful.

• There is some flexibility in work hours, but communicate and get your work done.

• Protect the safety and privacy of our participants and their data. Sign out of the computer, lock the cabinets, keep the the lab door shut.

• Show up to meetings.

• Communicate. Let me know if there is an issue or if you want/need something.

• Be nice to yourself. Have a life. Don't feel pressured in to over-working.

• If you interact with schools or children- be professional and dress appropriately.

• If you are getting course credit or are a graduate student, be aware of and track your own deadlines.

• Act with integrity. Do not cheat, plagiarize, or falsify.

You can expect me to:

• Be nice and respectful

• Show up to meetings

• Provide feedback on your presentations and/or writing within one week during the academic year

• Write letters of recommendation within two weeks during the academic year

• Answer your questions or help you find the right resource/person to answer your questions
