: Our lab is also involved in the tear analysis lens system for health monitoring. Our lab focuses on the microfluidic system that will be integrated into the lens for the purpose of collecting and circulating the tear onto the embedded glucose sensor.

: Additionally, we are applying the technology to integrate microfluidic system into the lens to develop a tear collection lens that is capable of sampling tear safely without pain. The tears collected from this lens can be used to diagnose systemic diseases, such as various cancers.
