Cloth and Paper Rolls/Sheets work in many sanding conditions and can save you lots of money in the long run. Whether for production sanding or using for occasional hobby clean up, a wide variety of cloth and paper sheets/rolls are available to suit your need. Use on metal, wood, plastics, stone, etc.
Sanding Belts are commonly used to shape and finish metallic surfaces, wood or even hard plastics during rough sanding, surface blending and deburring operations. Available in coated abrasive with a variety of abrasive materials including aluminium oxide, zirconia alumina and ceramic.
Custom sizes are available.
Sanding Disc are designed for buffing, blending, cleaning, light deburring, finishing and polishing on all metals. Available in variable sizes and grid.
Non-woven abrasives can be used for deburring, cleaning and are excellent for surface work on many metals, including aluminum, brass, copper, nickel, stainless steel INOX and titanium. Also suitable for work on materials which are hard to grind such as ceramic, glass and plastic.
The low aggressive characteristics of the polyamide fibres and the positive effect of the abrasive non-woven materials create brilliant or low sheen with smooth finished surfaces. Non-woven abrasives are waterproof, can be rinsed out and are very resistant.
Flap Wheel is made of multiple overlapping 'flaps', bonded to a central hub. The separate flaps each sand the workpiece surface at a slightly different angle. This avoids the common problem with flat sheets, where they produce repeated identical scratches.
Tough but flexible aluminum oxide resin bond flaps make these wheels ideal for many applications such as deburring, finishing, polishing and cleaning. These flap wheels are mounted on a smooth 1/4" shank for use in die grinders, flexible shaft tools and high speed portable drills with collet.
These disks were different in format: flatter, like the original rigid angle grinder discs and with the flaps arranged in a densely overlapped layout rather than radial. The extra lifetime this gave to the disc allowed their use for stock removal and metal shaping, not just finishing and polishing.
The flexibility of a flap disc is an advantage for smoothing curved work and avoids the production of facets, as was a problem for rigid discs thus more suited for producing a smooth finish to curved or concaves surfaces.
Diamond Hybrid Flap Discs is used for shapping, beveling and grinding edges on natural stone, marble, granite, concrete and terrazzo, ceramic as well as engineered stone.
Can be used wet or dry, has a fast cutting speed and high stock removal rate. The Flap Disc is easier to use and more forgiving than heavier cup wheels. A smooth consistent finish with no chipping is another advantage beyond exceptional lifetime.
Clean and Strip Disc is an extra coarse grade, open-web disc engineered to effectively clean welds, remove rust and strip paint. The open construction and aggressive abrasive properties provide a smooth running wheel that resists loading when removing soft coatings.
