PRE-ORDERING GUIDELINES & TIMELINE!

STEP 1: ORDER

You may easily purchase the desired product and quantity on our website by adding them to your cart and checking out. It's quick, safe, and easy!

If you require a custom logo that is a certain size and design.

STEP 2: SUBMIT LOGO

•       LOGO is best in vector format, such as.jpg,.png, or a high resolution.pdf file. Outlines are required for all texts.

•       Within one business day, our staff will contact you to approve your logo design and provide a final manufacturing timetable.

STEP 3: DESIGN APPROVAL

•       Based on your demands and LOGO, our team will create a final design.

•       Before production begins, you must give your final approval to the design.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION

·        The standard lead time for our custom printing products is 6 - 10 weeks from the final approved design.

·        If you want a customized or unusual size/design, an additional processing time will be added to the standard production procedure.

STEP 5: DELIVERY

·        As soon as your items are ready for delivery, we will notify you of the shipment information.

·        If you don't have enough space to store the entire bulk order, we'll give you free storage at our Manitoba & Ontario Warehouse for up to 30 days. For delivering the remaining goods to your delivery address, there will be a small extra fee.

After the estimate is verified and payment is received, we'll get in touch with you to finalize your logo design and provide you a final manufacturing schedule.

Due to a staffing shortage and issues with the supply chain, it might take us a little longer than usual. We will contact you within 2–7 business days and will do all in our power to get you the best pricing.
