Tier 2 if signer unable to provide Tier 1 ID
*ID must have photograph, serial number, signature, and physical description for the following types of ID:
Any state ID
Foreign passsport or consultation card
Canada or Mexico Driver's license (only)
Military ID
CA state employee ID
Tribal ID
Tier 3 is acceptable if signer is unable to provide Tier 1 or Tier 2 ID
1 credible witness that personally knows me (the notary) and personally knows the signer (witness must provide ID)
2 credible witnesses that personally knows the signer (both witnesses must provide ID)
*the witness will be put under oath, must be 18 years old and cannot be a beneficiary on the document notarized
