Living CA Realty was the vision and brainchild of my dear friend David Sanchez. After working together on a previous team for 2 years, we both separately set out on our own as solo agents in 2023. Building on the strong foundation he had already created through thoughtful branding, community involvement, and carefully curated events, David officially launched Living CA Realty in 2023.
At the close of 2024, I was honored to join as his first agent, although in many ways, we had never truly stopped working together. From the beginning, our professional connection has always felt like a natural fit, and today we work side by side as true partners in the business. While Living CA Realty is David’s team, our clients benefit from the strength of both of us. When you hire David or me, you are truly getting the support, knowledge, and care of both agents.
What makes our partnership so special is how seamlessly we work together. We share a genuine love for real estate, education, and community building. From hosting local events and leading Meetup groups to teaching buyer and seller seminars, we are passionate about creating opportunities for people to learn, connect, and feel empowered in their real estate journey. We believe informed clients make stronger decisions, and we love being a part of that process.
We each bring our own strengths, perspectives, and style to the table, which allows us to serve our clients at an even higher level. I’m David Sanchez, a full-time Realtor and founder of the Living CA Realty Team, brokered by eXp Realty. I’m based in Long Beach and specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. As a Long Beach resident and CSULB graduate, I bring strong local knowledge and a real connection to the communities I serve.
I help first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and sellers with condos and homes across Long Beach and nearby LA and OC communities. I also host regular first-time homebuyer and seller seminars so people can learn the process in a clear and simple way before they make a move.
Community is a big part of what I do. I run local groups for golfing, paddleboarding, social events, and beach cleanups, giving people a way to meet new friends and enjoy Southern California. Many of my clients first meet me through these events and stay connected long after closing.
My clients describe me as “professional and knowledgeable” and share that I “made everything easy” and turned what they expected to be stressful into a truly “stress-free” experience.
