As a product experience lead focused on UX, I led a cross-functional team of over 15 engineers, designers, and researchers at Paylocity, a leading SaaS company in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. In this role, I was responsible for the user experience (UX) of the Employee Scheduling and Travel & Expense platforms, ensuring they met the needs of Sales teams pursuing growth targets, while also exceeding the expectations of existing clients.

Redesigned the employee scheduling user experience: I led the design and launch of a brand-new, foundational resource-based scheduling platform. Focused on user needs and optimized resource allocation, this platform transformed the scheduling process.

My Contributions:

User Research Champion:
- Led in-depth interviews with key clients and their employees across various departments. This helped me understand scheduling workflows, identify pain points, and gather valuable user feedback.
- Analyzed user data and feedback to create detailed user personas and journey maps. These insights served as the foundation for the platform's design.
Designing for Efficiency & Satisfaction:
- Developed a holistic journey-based solution that addressed the needs of both managers and employees.
- Designed an intuitive, user-friendly interface with features like drag-and-drop scheduling, real-time availability indicators, and clear task assignment views.
