TRR 266 Accounting for Transparency
I am a fourth-year doctoral student at Paderborn University in Germany. My research examines how firms organize and adapt their tax functions in response to increasing tax complexity, regulatory change, and enforcement pressure. I focus on corporate tax departments, tax compliance management systems, and workforce composition to understand how internal tax resources shape tax compliance, audit processes, and tax planning outcomes, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of modern taxation systems.
I visited the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Fall 2023 and the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from February to May 2026. I earned my master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, with a focus on Taxation, Accounting, and Finance, from Paderborn University. I finished my master's degree with distinction and was awarded as the best student of the Master's degree program in Taxation, Accounting, and Finance in the graduating class of 2023.
