"Killshot" is a diss track by American rapper Eminem and produced by IllaDaProducer.[1] The song is Eminem's response to Machine Gun Kelly's song "Rap Devil" that was released in 2018. Eminem had previously dissed MGK in his song "Not Alike" from his tenth studio album Kamikaze.

In 2012, Machine Gun Kelly posted a tweet about Eminem's daughter, Hailie Mathers (who was then sixteen). The tweet read, "ok so I just saw a picture of Eminem's daughter...and I have to say, she is hot as fuck, in the most respectful way possible cuz Em is king". MGK claimed to apologize to Eminem behind the scenes. After this, in 2015, MGK claimed that Eminem banned him from going to Shade 45, a SiriusXM radio station owned by Eminem. In 2017, MGK was on Power 106 FM and did a freestyle with The LA Leakers. During this, he again claimed Eminem had banned him from Shade 45. MGK also collaborated on a song with Tech N9ne in March 2018, and sent disses towards Eminem. On August 31, 2018, Eminem released a surprise album Kamikaze in which he dissed several artists, including MGK.

On the song "Not Alike" from Kamikaze, Eminem made several disses aimed at MGK. Two days later, MGK responded to "Not Alike" with the song "Rap Devil", releasing a music video for the song as well on September 3, 2018. After MGK's response, Eminem released an interview with Sway Calloway, in which Eminem was asked about the feud. Eminem explained that he did not want to respond initially, because it would just benefit MGK's exposure. On September 14, 2018, Eminem released "Killshot".[2] On September 19, 2018, the song was officially released as a single.

"Killshot" debuted at number three on the US Billboard Hot 100 in its first week[4] after gaining over 38.1 million views within the first 24 hours of releasing on YouTube, making it the nineteenth most-viewed video in the first 24 hours, and the most for an audio only release on the YouTube platform.[5] It also held the biggest YouTube debut for a hip hop video ever, surpassing Kanye West's and Lil Pump's "I Love It", beating the record just the week before.[6] This was beaten by 6ix9ine's debut of "Gooba" in 2020.[7][8]

Machine Gun Kelly responded in a tweet, criticizing Eminem for what he perceived as a slow response.[10] Rapper Jay Electronica criticized Eminem for a line in the song where he jokingly accused Diddy of having Tupac killed.[11] After this, Electronica had then deactivated his social media profiles.[12] Rapper Iggy Azalea's name was dropped in the song and she let out a series of tweets reacting to and criticizing the lyrics, calling the bars "lazy".[13] Halsey also responded to her name being dropped in reference to her relationship with rapper G-Eazy in a tweet saying, "I'm jus saying my pops had to hear a grown man talk about his daughter getting fucked while that man simultaneously defended his own daughter." She later added, "I'm not proud. I just don't care. They can argue about record sales. My album sold more copies than each of theirs."[14]

Kevin: It started dark and it lightened up towards the end. There were about three songs that were cut from the record, one of them dark, two of them more positive, that will probably be released later.

"Kill Shot" by ITZY is a song that emphasizes self-confidence, determination, and the pursuit of success. The lyrics encourage the listeners to overcome obstacles and doubts, embracing a strong mindset to achieve their goals.

The chorus repeats the phrase "Kill shot" and encourages listeners to continue pushing forward without hesitation. The lyrics "  down, so never doubt" reinforce the idea of not letting doubt or setbacks hinder progress towards success. The use of "Swish, swish" adds a confident and powerful tone to the song.

Towards the end of summer 2018, Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem's feud came to a head in the form of an insult-ridden single titled "Killshot," which featured Em targeting MGK's rap-related shortcomings. This is also one of a few tracks Eminem dropped that takes aim at the Cleveland rhymer, who has reciprocated lyrical insults at Em as well. The Detroit rapper and MGK's beef seems to have stemmed from remarks Machine Gun Kelly made about Em's daughter, Hailie, via Twitter in 2012.

On "Killshot," Eminem devotes over four minutes to poking fun at MGK's "man bun" and lack of musical accolades. The beef surrounding the track, produced by IllaDaProducer, exudes through Slim Shady's lethal penmanship, making "Killshot" the biggest YouTube debut in 2018 with 38.1 million views in the first 24 hours of its release on the video-sharing platform.

The song was performed live several times before its release, including at Resident in Los Angeles on April 30, 2019. It has been performed at most shows since, including The Mercurial Tour, and usually interpolated with Killshot (Slowed + Reverb).

Crockett (as Burnett) is on his offshore boat with a dealer named Silvio, while the Vice squad and Customs agent Frank Arriola (Carlos Cestero) wait for the signal to move in. Crockett is happy with the cocaine and wants to meet with Morales, the main man. Silvio only wants Crockett to deal with him, not Morales. The police move in and a brief shootout entails; Crockett and Silvio take off and elude the police, taking the drugs and the money with him. Crockett tells Silvio that Morales will get his money when Silvio sets up a meet with him, then throws Silvio in the water and leaves, despite Silvio vowing to kill Crockett.

Silvio and Morales' remains are found in the limo. The Vice cops are not sure what's going on, but feel Arriola knows more than he's saying. Arriola goes to see Tico at the Jai-alai fronton, to let him know he is going to get the damning tape back and for him say nothing about it. Gina goes to a club to find Louise Carlson, who reveals that Tico was with Jan, and Castillo orders Crockett to bring him in. At the fronton Tico, distracted by the presence of the police, takes his eyes off the pelota and it hits him in the head at full speed, fatally injuring him. Before he dies, he tells Crockett about Frank, the tape and about Isabel Batista. Crockett and Tubbs conclude that Batista killed Morales, and Arriola is on his way to get revenge. Batista hears on the news about Tico's death as Arriola arrives with the codes. Batista suddenly orders him killed. Arriola pulls a gun and shoots two bodyguards, just as Crockett and Tubbs burst in and shoot a third, and Arriola gets Batista at gunpoint. Frantic, Batista admits Tico did not kill Jan and the tape is a fake. Arriola is distracted by the news broadcast of his brother's death, allowing Batista to break away. In fury, Arriola shoots Batista in the back, while the camera focuses on the TV, which is playing back Tico's final moments.

It has been 3 years since the last Disciple album, Long Live The Rebels and on September 13, 2019 you will get the fullness of Love Letter Kill Shot. This is going to be an album like never before. There has been four singles released off the new album to date. They currently just dropped Play To Win and this has a feel of some of their older stuff with a mix of new. The song is about perseverance, overcoming and winning!

The album consist of 12 tracks and my favorite so far is Reanimate since that was the first song I heard them play live and it rocks! So far Panic Room is the hardest hitting release and the sounds of Andrew Schwab fits the song perfectly.

The devil is back, my God! Nothing fully charges the battery in Slim Shady's back quite like a good ol'-fashioned street fight. Eminem courts more smoke than a firefighter. He likes his beef red, rare, and bloody, and anyone who dares get in the kitchen with him better not bring too many napkins. Machine Gun Kelly did just that last week, when he dropped "Rap Devil," a song and accompanying video made in response to a shot Em fired at MGK on his new album.

Pete Townshend never had a #1 UK hit with The Who or as a solo artist, but he did produce and play on a song that hit the top spot there: "Something In The Air" by Thunderclap Newman, a group he assembled.

Budden doesn't provide any other details on what exactly Diddy plans to do in regards to the line. The line in question is: "But, Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits/That he put the hit out that got Pac killed, ah!"

He used \"his own experience as an immigrant in the early 1990s with his broad range of legal skills, in order to better understand and identify with his clients and to help them with their uniquely specific immigration matters,\" according to his profile on his employer's website. \"In his free time, Kyu enjoys participating in church activities, watching his two young boys grow up, and spending time with his family.\"

The shot broke the record for a confirmed kill at a distance of more than 3.5 kilometres, or 3,540 metres. The video shows the moment the ISIS fighter was killed and the loud congratulatory cheers of the soldiers, as well as the room where they set up. ff782bc1db
