Academic Year 2026–2027

At Kilkari School, we believe in transparency and clarity. Below is the fee structure for the current academic session.

One-Time Fees (At Admission)

• Registration Fee: ₹ 500.00

• Admission Fee: ₹ 10000.00 (Free of Charges)

Annual Charges (Once Per Year)

• Annual Fee: ₹ 3500.00 (Nursery to U.K.G.)

• Annual Fee: ₹ 4000.00 (Class - 1 to Class - 8)

• Technology / Smart Class Fee / Library Fee / Computer Lab Fee: (Free of Charges) 

Tuition Fees (Monthly Payment)

Pre-Primary (Play Group-Nursery)
₹ 1300.00 per month

Pre-Primary (L.K.G.-U.K.G.)
₹ 1400.00 per month

Primary (Classes I–V)
₹ 1600.00 per month

Middle School (Classes VI–VIII)
₹ 1600.00 per month

Optional Services

• Transport (Distance-based): ₹ 1200.00 - ₹ 1500.00

• After-School Programs: as per expenses.

Payment Schedule

Payments can be made via the School Mobile Phone Application/ Web Application, bank transfer, UPI or cash.

Important Notes

• Fees must be paid on or before the due date to avoid late charges which is ₹ 10.00 per day but limited to ₹ 100.00 for each month.

• Fees payment due date is 1st to 10th of every month.

• Parents may pay several months fee in advance as well.

• Registration and Admission Fees are non-refundable.

• Fees are subject to revision as per school policy.
