Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

   • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session’s cost.

2. No-Show Policy

   • If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Clients who miss two or more sessions without notice may have their services paused or terminated at the coach's discretion.

3. Rescheduling Sessions

   • Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions rather than cancel them when possible. Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur additional fees.

Data Usage Statement

Client privacy is highly valued. Personal information is collected solely to facilitate career coaching services and ensure a smooth coaching experience. Personal data is used exclusively for:

• Scheduling and communication related to sessions.

• Tracking progress and tailoring sessions to meet individual needs.

• Secure payment processing.

All information provided by clients will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfill services (e.g., through a secure payment processor).

Fee Statement

The hourly rate for career coaching services is $140. Payment is due prior to each session. For package purchases, payment must be completed in full before the initial session.
