Feel free to ask me about subjects that are not included in this list. Please read the proper terms and service below before you order a commission for further information for the process of ordering and receiving commissions.
This simplification only generally outlines the process and is only here to help you get a grasp without being overwhelmed by the massive text wall. I suggest reading the full terms to avoid any possible misunderstanding.
Specify if you are using the product for commercial purposes.
Tell me very, very clearly and specifically what you want and then I will request a 50% pay of what we agree the price to be.
Payment outside of IDR is only accepted through BuyMeACoffee. Payments in IDR can be through QRIS (ask for QR).
You cannot refund when it is past the sketching phase and the price cannot be changed unless I decide so.
I then will send you WIPs of the project as it develops, so that you may make changes and adjustments.
When the project is finished or is nearing completion, I ask for the remaining pay before I send you the finished file(s).
After which, I may use the finished product for myself and you may use it for personal use as well, but it cannot be used in a commercial context as the subject of monetization unless I gave clear permission to.

By ordering a commission from me, you hereby agree to these terms:
I can refuse your commission for any reason.
Specify if you are planning to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The price may increase due to this.
I may put a signature of sort on the finished piece. If there is one, it is not to be removed.
For your own satisfaction, describe what you want as best as you can with as many specifics possible. Leaving me with little, vague, or no explanations may result in a less satisfactory final result. To keep my work process efficient and for the best results, you can refer to these tips:
For Digital/Pixel art, please supply me with whatever references you may have, such as character sheets and/or other pieces of your character. For landscapes or newer characters, you can send me images that are similar or have certain aspects you'd like included. You may also take your own pictures or draw your own example or reference, as that helps out a lot.
For Music Covers/Arrangements/Remixes, it's preferred that you supply me with a MIDI file or a music sheet of sort.
For Original Music, you may send me references in forms of tracks to take inspiration from, or a concept you might have. Or, specify what style and/or emotion and/or themes you want the song to convey.
For Video editing, please convert your video files to MP4 beforehand to save time.
A rush fee will be added to the base price if you are asking for something on a tight deadline.
Art Commission: A design fee will be added to the base price if you are asking me to draw something with no concrete reference. (Except the Character Sheet category)
You must pay at least 50% of the initially agreed price once I have reserved a slot for you, and pay the rest either before accepting the finished product or whenever I ask for it, usually more than halfway into the piece.
I will notify you when the commission has reached the theoretical halfway point, which is when refunds are no longer possible and you must pay the rest of the agreed price.
The price will increase if you request major revisions or if you request a change more than a day after the piece is finished.
Changes or adjustments made due to my own negligence are free.
Keep in mind that what counts as negligence, or minor and major changes, are up to my discretion.
The prices listed only serve as a base. Some pieces may cost more or less depending on the complexity, scale, etc.
Payments in currencies other than IDR can be sent through BuyMeACoffee. Payments in IDR will use QRIS (ask me for the QR).
I will send you Work In Progress pieces for you to review and request changes. These are usually in the form of sketches (Digital Art) or rough drafts (Music/Video). These WIPs may also include watermarks which are not to be removed.
You may ask for progress updates on the commission at any time. I will also relay any updates which may delay progress.
When I send you progress updates on the commission, you may also ask for changes.
For Art Commissions: You are allowed one free major revision in the sketching process, and multiple smaller changes or adjustments throughout the rest of the process.
For others: Major revisions will always increase the price if not done early on.
Keep in mind that continued uses of changes will eventually up the price if they've considerably increased the amount of time spent working on them.
Once the piece is finished and the final payment is sent you will receive:
The full resolution PNG file (Digital Art)
The original resolution and/or upscaled PNG file (Pixel Art)
The full mp4 file (Video Editing), or
The full mp3/wav/ogg file (Music)
For an extra fee, you may also ask for the project files:
5$ for Art (.kra for Digital Art / .pdn for Pixel Art)
10$ for Music (.flp + Samples + Plugin list)
10$ for Video Editing (.veg)
I have rights to use the finished piece(s) to promote myself, display or post it anywhere as I like, and publish commercial products with it. In short, I retain the rights to the commissioned piece(s)*
Characters displayed in commissioned pieces still retain their own rights to their own owners.
The client has rights to use the finished product(s) for personal use, such as using it as their banner or profile picture. They are also allowed to print the artwork or use the artwork to promote themselves, as long as it isn’t the main subject for earnings.**
If the client did not specify that the piece is for commercial use is not allowed to reproduce/use it specifically to make money.**
Credit is mandatory if the piece is used commercially.
The client may not modify content that is fully refunded.
If the client would like to use a piece of refunded content, a smaller fee will be charged at the end of the cancellation process in place of the full price.
Note that this is different from the project file fees listed in section 3
The client may not claim the artwork as their own.
The client may not remove the watermark/signature if there is one.
The produced pieces are not to be used on any sort of blockchain related technology. They are also not to be fed into AI without EXPLICIT consent.
*The client may request to not have their commissioned piece published or be used publicly.
**For Video Editing commissions, the finished product can be monetized for the client's own income as long as I am credited.
For Art commissions, you are allowed to request a refund before the piece begins the rendering phase. At the end of the sketching phase, I will give you one last chance to go through with the commission.
Video & Music commission refunds are case-by-case, but I will accept a refund at any time if you think it's not working out.
If I choose to cancel the piece myself for whatever reason before it is finished, you will receive a full refund.
Once the commissioned piece is approved as finished, a refund is completely out of the question.
Breaking any of these terms will very likely result in you being blacklisted from commissioning indefinitely, and halting any of your pieces that are in progress. I will still retain my rights to these pieces. You will receive a refund of your commissions that are in progress should this happen.
